TJ Maxx has introduced a new initiative, “Styled by Runway,” in collaboration with renowned celebrity stylist Micaela Erlanger. The program is designed to support and mentor up-and-coming stylists, providing them with valuable career development opportunities.
Through “Styled by Runway,” five emerging stylists have been selected to participate in a comprehensive mentorship program.
They will receive guidance on honing their unique styling visions, access to top-tier designer brands via TJ Maxx’s premium designer shop, Runway, and opportunities to build their own styling collections with a dedicated shopping stipend.
Micaela Erlanger, known for her work with celebrities, expressed her enthusiasm for the program: “Having a mentor is crucial when starting out in styling, from shaping your personal style to gaining access to high-end fashion. I’m thrilled to collaborate with TJ Maxx and give back by mentoring the next generation of stylists.”
The selected stylists include Afi Maita, whose bold and vibrant style reflects her Nigerian roots and British upbringing; Shae Johnson, who blends sophistication with versatility in her Houston-based styling; Kinsey Ranee from Nashville, known for her modern and effortless fashion sense; Patricia Klein, a creative director turned stylist in New York City with a flair for feminine and whimsical designs; and Breja’e Washington, a former athlete who combines modern streetwear with refined fashion in Los Angeles.
